3. Approval of June 16, 1987 and June 18, 1987 Minutes
4. Approval of Resolution P.C. 87-37 interpreting that project
at 2524/2526 Hermosa Avenue is in comp! iance with Zoning
Code.
Section II
5. Communications
Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter
not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at
this time.
Section III
Unfinished Business (CONTINUED FROM JUNE 16, 1987 MEETING)
6. Opinion from City Attorney regarding constitutionality of
allowing Staff to enter premises with sufficient notice as
standard condition of approval for Conditional Use Permits
for condominiums.
Recommended Action: To receive and file.
7. On-shore facilities for off-shore oil drilling.
Recommended Action: To determine that resolution prohibiting
on-shore facilities for off-shore oil drilling is
unnecessary.
8. Noise generated by deliveries to Von's Market.
Recommended Action: To direct Staff to refer to Police
Department for enforcement of Chapter 20-2(a) of Zoning Code.

9. Variance to exceed height limitation for wall at 906 Prospect
Avenue.
Recommended Action: To deny additional continuance & to deny
variance request.
10. Amended Conditional Use Permit and Negative Declaration to
allow dancing at 2701 Pacific Coast Highway, C.J. Brett's.
Recommended Action: To approve amended Conditional Use
Permit.
Section V
Hearing:
11. Lot Line Adjustment at 522 -24th Place/437 -24th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve a Certificate of Compliance
to allow a Lot Line Adjustment.
