Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter
not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at
this time.
Section III
Public Hearing (CONTINUED FROM JUNE 16, 1987 MEETING)
4. Certification of Draft Environmental Impact Report for pro
posed General Plan amendment and zone change for portions of
the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way from
Open Space to residential and commercial.
Recommended Action:
1. To receive Staff's Comments to Draft E.I.R., to receive
Comments of Hermosa Beach citizens and all others, and to
have the Planning Commission Comment.
2. To direct Staff to have a revised Draft E.I.R. prepared
45 days from this date (June 18, 1987) & to provide an
additional 45 day review period for public input.
