Casey's Isuzu; Resolution P.C. 87-31 approving a Condition
al Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #18702 for 2-unit con
dominiums at 315-317 Monterey Blvd., aka 320 Bayview Drive;
Resolution P.C. 87-32 approving an amended Conditional Use
Permit for new & used car sales at 840 Pacific Coast High
way, Casey's Isuzu; and Resolution P. C. 87-33 to extend
Pree ise Plan for one year for proposed hotel at 731-739
21st Street.

Recommended Action: To continue to 7/21/87 Planning Com
mission meeting.
Variance to allow a wall which exceeds the height limita
tion of 36 inches in the front setback at 906 Prospect
Avenue (continued from 5/19/87 P.C. meeting).
Recommended Action: To continue to 7/7/87 Planning Commis
sion meeting.
Text Amendment to definition, location and computation of
usable Open Space.
Recommended Action: To recommend that City Council approve
amendment to Zoning Ordinance & Negative Declaration.

9. Text amendment regarding height limitation in all zones.
Recommended Action: To direct Staff to prepare a resolu
tion to amend Zoning Ordinance in accordance with Planning
Commission's decisions for 6/16/87 meeting.
10. Variance to encroach into required 17 foot setback & less
than required ground level Open Space for single family
residence at 3104 Ingleside Drive.
Recommended Action: To deny variance.
11. Amended Conditional Use Permit to change use to allow
minors at 8 Pier Avenue, Hennessey's.
Recommended Action: To approve amended Conditional Use
Permit & Negative Declaration.

12. Request for interpretation from Building Department regard
ing Section 8-5(2) of the Zoning Ordinance relating to con
ducting business within buildings & exceptions thereto.
Recommended Action: To discuss & make recommendations.
13. Request from Building Department for interpretation of Code
Application to project at 2524-2526 Hermosa Avenue.
Recommended Action: To require that project must conform
to current zoning standards.
