Approval of Resolution P.C. 87-25 approving a Parking Plan to allow a new restaurant in shopping center at 1123 Avia-. tion Blvd.; Resolution P.C. 87-26 recommending a zone change from M-1 to R-2 at 602,614,622 -3rd St., 228 Ard­ more; and Resolution P.C. 8-27 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map ffl8588 for 2-unit condomini­ ums at 511 -11th Street. Section II 5. Communications Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Bearings: 6. Conditional Use Permit, Tentative Parcel Map #18702 & Nega­ tive Declaration for 2-unit condominium at 320 Bayview Drive (aka 315-317 Monterey Blvd.). Recommended Action: To approve C.U.P., Tentative Tract Map #18702 and Negative Declaration. 7. Parking Plan for a new & used car sales business at 840 Pacific Coast Highway, Casey's Isuzu & Negative Declaration. Recommended Action: To approve Parking Plan and Negative Declaration. 8. Variance to allow a wall which exceeds the height limita­ tion of 36 inches in the front setback at 906 Prospect Avenue. Recommended Action: To deny variance application. -1 - 9 . 10. Variances for Coverage, Yards from March 3, meeting. Use, Parking, Usable Open Space, Lot & Lot Width at 2300 Ozone Court (continued 1987, April 21, 1987, and May 5, 1987 Recommended Action: To deny variance application. Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance with regard to Open Space definition, location and computation & Negative Declaration. Recommended Action: To approve recommendation that City Council amend Zon i ng Ordinance in regard to definition, location and computation of Open Space. Section IV BEARING: 11. 12. Request to extend the Precise Plan approval for a proposed hotel for an additional year at 731-739 Twenty-first Street. Recommended Action: To deny request for extension of Pre­ cise Plan.
