3. Approval of Minutes of April 21, 1987
4. Approval of Resolution P.C. 87-23 approving a Conditional
Use Permit and Negative Declaration for beer & wine in con
junction with a restaurant at 337 Pier Avenue, known as
Thai Top; and Resolution P.C. 8-24 denying a variance to
allow pool equipment to encroach into required setbacks at
489 -25th Street.

Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter
not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at
this time.
Section III
Public Bearings:
6. Variances for Use, Parking, Usable Open Space, Lot
Coverage, Yards & Lot Width at 2300 Ozone Court (continued
from March 3, 1987 & April 21, 1987 meeting).
Recommended Action: To deny the variance application.
7. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Tract Map #18588 for 2-
unit condominium at 511 -11th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve C.U.P. & Tentative Tract
Map /fl8588.
8. Parking Plan for a new restaurant in a shopping center at
1123 Aviation Boulevard & Negative Declaration.
Recommended Action: To approve Parking Plan and Negative
Declaration.
9. Zone change from M-1 to R-2 zone for property located at
602, 614, 622 -3rd Street, 228 Ardmore Avenue & Negative
Declaration.
Recommended Action: To recommend approval of zone change &
Negative Declaration.

HEARilfG:
10. 2nd Quarter General Plan Review -ATSF requested General
Plan amendment for portions of railroad right-of-way from
Open Space to Residential and Commercial.
Recommended Action: To set for public hearing on June 16,
1987.
