Note: No Smoking is allowed in the Council Chambers Section I 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3 . Approval of September 6 & October 4, 1988 minutes. 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 88-86 approving a variance to allow the building to encroach into the front yard setback & Environ­ mental Negative Declaration at 1522-1524 & 1530 Loma Drive. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #19969 for a 2 unit condominium project at 918 7th Street (continued from 9/20/ 88 meeting). Recommended Action: To approved the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. 7. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20093 for a 2 unit condominium project at 618 6th Street (continued from 10/4/ 88 meeting). Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. 8. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20176 for a 2 unit condominium project at 620 10th Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. 9. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20040 for a 2 unit condominium project at 851 Loma Drive. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. -1 - 10. Rezone of areas 4 & 6 from R-3 to R-1 and area 5 from R-1 to C-3 or to such other zone as deemed appropriate by the Planning Com­ mission & adopt an Environmental Negative Declaration. Recommended Action: To recommend approval of said rezoning & adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration. Section IV Bearings 11. Certification of Conditional Use Permit for live entertainment at 211 Pacific Coast Highway, Hermosa Saloon. Recommended Action: To confirm said Conditional Use Permit. 12. Hearing of determination for lot merger group L.M. 88-9. Recommended Action: To merge the lots. Section V 13. Staff Items a. Letter from City Manager to SCAG regarding appeal of the Regional Housing Needs Assessment. b. Memorandum regarding Planning Commission liaison for 10/25/ 1988 City Council meeting. c.
