Tentative Parcel Map #20077 for a 3-unit condominium at 835
15th Street.
(b) Resolution P.C. 88-82 approving a resubdivision of a 2
Planned Unit Development & Environmental Negative Declara
tion at 228-234 29th Street.
(c) Resolution P.C. 88-83 recommending rezoning of area 2D from
R-2 to R-lA & adoption of an Environmantal Negative
Declaration.
(d) Resolution P.C. 88-84 approving a Lot Line Adjustment & lot
merger at 520 8th Street.

5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not
related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

Public Hearings
6. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20093 for a 2
unit condominium project at 618 6th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit &
Tentative Parcel Map.
7. Variance to allow the building to encroach into the front yard
setback at 1522-1524 & 1530 Loma Drive.
Recommended Action: To deny the variance.

8. Hearing of determination for lot merger group L.M. 88-8.
Recommended Action: To merge all parcels except 640 8th Street.
9. Study of view blockage & height measurement method (continued
from 8/2/1988 meeting).
Recommended Action: To review and continue said study.
