4. Approval of
(a) Resolution P.C. 88-40 approving a Conditional Use Permit &
Tentative Parcel Map #19588 for a 2 unit condominium at 1061
Loma Drive.
(b) Resolution P.C. 88-41 approving an amendment to Conditional
Use Permit to allow an addition of a 10' x 13' dance floor
at 1334 Hermosa Avenue, Bestie's.
(c) Resolution P.C. 88-42 approving lot line adjustment to grant
2' of 1782 Valley Park Avenue to 572 18th Street.
(d) Resolution P.C. 88-45 recommending rezoning of area 7 from
R-2 to R-2B.

related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

6. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #19555 for
a 2 unit condominium project at 803 Loma Drive.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit &
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map.
7. Conditional Use Permit for outside storage of bicycles at 74
14th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit.

8. Text amendment to add "school" to permitted use list in R-1 zone
with Conditional Use Permit & Environmental Negative
r-, Declaration.
Recommended Action: To recommend adoption of said text amend
ment & approval of Environmental Negative Declaration.
9. Text amendment to amend Specific Plan Area for Biltmore Site
Ordinance 84-751.
Recommended Action: To recommend adoption of said text
amendment.

10. Hearing of determination for lot merger group L.M. 88-4.
Recommended Action: To merge the lots.
