Note: No Smoking is allowed in the Council Chambers Section I 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of April 19, 1988 Minutes (No minutes provided due to stenographer on vacation). 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 88-28 approving an extension of Tentative Tract Map #30986 for an 8 lot subdivision at 532, 534-540 20th St. (b) Resolution P.C. 88-31 approving a variance to exceed maximum allowable height at 2012 Loma Dr. (c) Resolution P.C. 88-33 recommending approval of a Condition­ al Use Permit for the sale of special event tickets at 727 PCH, Music Plus. (d) Resolution P.C. 88-34 approving a parking plan between 2306 PCH & Hope Chapel to allow an office addition at 2306 PCH. (e) Resolution P.C. 88-37 recommending area 9A be rezoned to R-1 except Tract 5209 be studied for possible amendment to R-2B & area 9B be rezoned to R-2B. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Revocation of Conditional Use Permit allowing beer and wine & outdoor dining at 23-25 22nd Street -Martha's Restaurant (con­ tinued from 4/19/88 meeting). Recommended Action: To revoke the Conditional Use Permit. 7. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #19557 for a 2 unit condominium project at 722 9th Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. -1 - 8. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #13652 for a 2 unit condominium project at 600 11th Street. r Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. 9. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #19579 for a 2 unit condominium project at 530 Monterey Boulevard. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. 10. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #19655 for 2 unit condominium project at 1181 Cypress Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. Section IV Hearings 11. Hearing of determination for lot merger group L.M. 88-2 (con­ tinued from 4/19/88 meeting). Recommended Action: To merge the lots. 12. 2nd Quarter General Plan Amendment. Recommended Action: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. Section V 13. Staff Items a. Planning Commission determination of merger 87-2 (continued from 4/19/88 meeting). b. Staff report regarding special studies of 1. R-3 setback standards for condominiums & apartments. 2. Elimination of the 17' setback off alleys. 3. Study of 50' x 50' lot (con­ tinued from 4/19/88 meeting). c. Letter regarding opposing the variance at 2012 Loma Drive. d.
