Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of February 2, 1988 Minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 88-4 recommending a text amend­ ment to Zoning Ordinance in regard to the definition, location and computation of Open Space. (b) Resolution P.C. 88-12 recom­ mending a text amendment establishing penalties for Conditional Use Permit violations. (c) Resolution P.C. 88-15 recommending a text amendment to add standard conditions for "caretaker units" in the M zone. Section II Communications 5 . Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Variance to provide less than required usable Open Space at 40 7th Court (continued from 2/2/1988 meeting). Recommended Action: To deny the variance. 7. Variance to allow deck to encroach into sideyard setback at 845 & 845 1/2 Eighth Street (continued from 2/2/1988 meeting). Recommended Action: To deny the variance. 8. Variance to encroach into the 17 foot parking setback at 905 15th Place (continued from 2/2/1988 meeting). Recommended Action: To deny the variance. 9 . Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #19517 for a 4-unit condominium project at 1111 Valley Drive. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 10. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #19513 for a 2-unit condominium project at 610 Palm Drive. Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance & Environmental Negative Dec­ laration regarding projections into required yard areas. Recommended Action: To recommend adoption of said Text Amend­ ment and approval of Environmental Negative Declaration. Section IV Hearings 12. Appeal of lot merger determination for lot merger groups L.M. 87-1 & 87-2. 13. Lot line adjustment to 1240, 1242 & 1244 19th Street and a por­ tion of the northly 25 feet of Lot 1, commonly known as the Her­ mosa View School Site. Section V 14. Staff Items a.
