provide a 3 1 garage setback rather than the required 17 1 parking
setbackat 3220 morningside drive. (b) Resolution P.C. 88-3 ap
proving a Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map
#19302 for a 2-unit condominium at 330 Gulper Court. (c) Resolu
tion P.C. 88-6 recommending City Council take the appropriate
action to study the issue of toxic waste city-wide via a litera
ture search. (d) Resolution P.C. 88-11 recommending certifica
tion of the Environmental Impact Report for the Atchison, Topeka
& Santa Fe Railway Company General Plan Amendment and Zone
Change request. (e) Policy Statement 87-2 Condominium Condition
al Use Permit expiration date.

laration regarding definition of 11 restaurant 11

ditional Use Permit required).
Recommended Action: To recommend adoption of said Text Amend
ment and approval of Environmental negative Declaration.
7. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #18989 for
3-unit condominium project at 1452 Loma Drive.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit &
Vest i ng Tentative Parcel Map.
8. Variance to allow deck to encroach into sideyard setback at 845
& 845 1/2 Eighth Street.
Recommended Action: To deny the variance.

9. Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance & Environmental Negative Dec
laration to require Conditional Use Permit for ticket sales es
tablishments (special event).
Recommended Action: To recommend adoption of said Text Amend
ment and approval of Environmental Negative Declaration.
10. Rezone of area 1, lA & lB from R-3 to R-2.
Recommended Action: To recommend approval of rezoning and En
vironmental Negative Declaration.
11. Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance regarding Open Space defini
tion, location and computation & Policy Statement 87-3 regarding
coverage of Open Space in conjunction with proposed development.
Recommended Action: To recommend adoption of said Text Amend
ment and approval of Policy Statement.
