6. Variance to provide less than required usable Open Space at 40
7th Court.
Recommended Action: To deny the variance.
7. Variance to encroach into required 17 foot parking setback & the
reduction in required turning radius at 3220 Morningside Drive.
Recommended Action: To approve reduced parking setback & deny
the reduction in required turning area.
8. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #19302 for
a 2-unit condominium project at 330 Culper Court.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit &
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map.
9. Certification of the Environmental Impact Report for the Atchi
son Topeka Santa Fe Railroad Right-Of-Way (continued from Decem
ber 1, 1987 meeting).

10. Policy Statement 87-2: Condominium Conditional Use Permit ex
piration date (continued from December 1, 1987 meeting).
Recommended Action: To adopt Staff's recommended Policy State
ment 87-2, and not the revised.

Recommended Action: To adopt the Policy Statement or revised
Statement as originally recommended by Staff.
