Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 88-85 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20093 for 2 unit condominium at 618 6th Street. (b) Resolution P.C. 88-87 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20040 for 2 unit condominium at 851 Ldma Drive. (c) Resolution P.C. 88-88 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20176 for 2 unit condominium at 620 10th Street. (d) Resolution P.C. 88-93 recommending rezoning of area 4 from R-3 to R-1 and adoption of the Environmental Negative Decla­ ration (no change to areas 5 and 6). Section II CoDDDunications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #19969 for a 2 unit condominium project at 918 7th Street (continued from 9/20/ 88 & 10/18/88 meetings). Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map. 7. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20210 for a 2 unit condominium project at 514 Hermosa Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional-Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. -1 - 8. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #19707 for a 2 unit condominium project at 852 Cypress Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 9. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20132 for a 2 unit condominium project at 640 6th Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 10. Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20304 for a 2 unit condominium project at 1840 Hermosa Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 11. Conditional Use Permit amendment to allow outside patio dining & adoption of an Environmental Negative Declaration at 190 Hermosa Avenue, Le Petite Cafe. Recommended Action: To approve proposed Conditional Use Permit amendment. Section IV Hearings 12. Hearing of determination for lot merger group L.M. 88-8 & 88-9 (continued from 10/4/88 & 10/18/88 meetings). Recommended Action: To merge the lots except 552 2nd Street. 13. Special study --Maximum of two units per lot in the R-2 zone. Recommended Action: To not have maximum unit number per lot in the R-2 zone. 14. Fourth Quarter General Plan amendments. Recommended Action: To set for public hearing. Section V 15. Staff Items a. Memorandum regarding Planning Commission liaison for 11/9/ 1988 City Council meeting. b. Planning Department activity report for September, 1988. c. City Council minutes of special meeting on October 5, 1988 and regular meeting on October 11, 1988. d.
