Variance to allow a wall which exceeds the height limita­ tion of 36 inches in the front and sideyard setbacks at 906 Prospect Avenue. Conditional Use Permit, Tentative Tract Map #18351 and Negative Declaration for a 2-unit condominium conversion project at 1525 Manhattan Avenue. Action: Staff Report, public hearing, discussion and resolution recommending denial. Conditional Use Permit, Tentative Tract Map #18449 and Negative Declaration for a 3-unit condominium project at 1401 Manhattan Avenue. Action: Staff Report, public hearing, discussion and resolution recommending approval. Section IV 11. Staff Items -Report from Public Works for a Proposal to the Planning Commission for a Procedure Creating Capital Improvement Projects & requesting that Planning Commission schedule date(s) and time(s) for workshop with Planning and Public Works Departments regarding this subject. -Memo from Public Works Assistant Engineer, Deborah Mur­ phy, to schedule date(s) and time(s) that Planning Com­ mission could participate in workshops with proposed traffic signal design consultant regarding CIP 85-131, 85-132, 85-133, 85-134, 85-136, 85-138. -Memo from City Attorney regarding "strict compliance with statutory requirements in discretionary land use decisions." -Discussion regarding who from the Planning Commission wishes to attend the Commissioners' Institute to be held in Sacramento from 3/11-3/13/87. 12.
