RESOLUTION P.C. 84-1
A RESOLUTION OF ADOPTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SATELLITE ANTENNA AT 52 PIER
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on January 3, 1984, i.o
consider this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined:
a. That the proje ..::::t is consistent and compatible with applicable elements of
the City's General Plan;
b. That the project will conform with Satellite Antenna Ordi.1ance which
regulates height, screening, security, and design;
c. That the project design is appropriate to the site and purpose of the
project;
d. That a follow up inspection shall be made after six months to ensure
safety and conformance of antenna, and results reported back to the
Commission at that time.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Planning Commission of the City of
Hermosa Beach, California does hereby approve a satellite antenna at 52 Pier Avenue.
VOTE: A YES: Comms. Brown, Newton, Shapiro, Smith, Strohecker, Chmn.
Izant.
NOES: Comm. Soulakis
ABSENT:
