RESOLUTION P.C. 84-2
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE ZONING CODE, SECTION 1215,
WALL OR FENCE MAY BE MAINTAINED TO INCLUDE A PROVISION FOR
SCREENING FOR SATELLITE ANTENNA.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that Section 1215 of the Zoning Code
conflicts with the intent of the adopted Satellite Antenna Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this conflict may be remedied by a
provision in the Zoning Code under Section 1215 dealing specifically with Satellite
Receiving Antennas.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach does hereby declare
its intention to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Code, Section
1215, Wall or Fence May Be Maintained to include a provision for screening for
satellite antenna.

Chairman Izant
