P.C. RESOLUTION 84-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO DENY A PROJECT
APPLICATION FOR ZONE CHANGES, GENERAL AND LOCAL COAST AL PLAN
AMENDMENTS, DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND PARCEL MAPS II 16022. 16023,
AND 16 128 AT SOUTH SCHOOL, PROSPECT HEIGHTS, HERMOSA VALLEY, NORTH
AND HERMOSA VIEW SCHOOL SITES.
WHEREAS, the development agreements proposals are not in the best interest of
the City and the public ; and
WHEREAS, the proposal does not promote the general plan; and
WHEREAS, the proposal does not address future land use needs.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved to deny the project application for Zone Changes,
General and Local Coastal Plan Amendments, Development Agreement and Parcel Maps
1116022, 16023, and 16 128 at South School, Prospect Heights, Hermosa Valley, North
and Hermosa View School sites.
VOTE: A YES: Commissioners Brown, Newton, Shapiro, Sou'lakis, Strohecker
NOES: ·c:hairman Izant, Commissioner Smith
ABSENT: None.
