A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA
BEACH TO CONSIDER AMENDING SECTION 9.5-22 (2) & (3) OF THE CONDOMINIUM
ORDINANCE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, State Planning Law requires that issuance of building permits and
subdivision approvals be consistent with local General Plans; and
WHEREAS, Section 9.5-22 (2) & (3) of the Hermosa Beach Condominium Ordinance
appear not, in part, to be consistent with the land use element of the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of Hermosa
Beach hereby declares its intention to hold a Public Hearing to consider amending
Section 9.5-22 (2) & (3) of the Hermosa Beach Condominium Ordinance.
VOTE:
AYES: Chairman Izant, Commissioners Strohecker, Newton, Soulakis, Shapiro
NOES:
ABSENT: Commissioners Brown, Smith.
