RESOLUTION P.C. 84-8
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING A ZONE CHANGE
REQUEST FROM C-1 TO R-3 ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2604 HERMOSA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held public hearings on 3-20-84, 4-J-84,
and 4-12-84; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that Government Code 65860
requires that zoning decisions must be consistent with the General Plan Land Use
designation; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that R-3 zoning is inconsisten
with the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve to deny the request
for a zone change from C-1 to R-3 at 2604 Hermosa Avenue.
VOTE: ALL AYES
ABSENT: COMMISSIONER SOULAKIS
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution P.C. 84-8 is a true and complete record
of the action taken by the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach at their regular
meeting of April 12, 1984.
