RESOLUTION P.C. 84-15 (C)
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING; COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH RECOM
MENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE C-POTENTIAL PROCESS (ZONING
CODE SECTION 1103) NOT BE AMENDED AT THIS TIME.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 21, 1984, and
on March 6, 1984, to consider this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Initial Study and has determined
there are no significant adverse environmental impacts created by this project and
recommends that a negative declaration be filed with the County R 0 corder; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that lots in the multi-use corridor
should be examined on a site by site basis; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the work being done on
revising the Land Use Element can contribute substantially to an overall understanding
of the multi-use corridor.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Planning Commission of Hermosa Beach
does hereby recommend to the City Council that the Zoning.Code Section 1103,
C-Potential not be amended at this time.
VOTE: A YES: Com ms. Brown, Newton, Shapiro, Chmn. Izant
NOES: None
ABSENT: Comm. Strohecker
