RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH INDICATING
TS INTENTION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ZONING CODE SEC
IONS 1203 -1203.2 COMBINED LOTS TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH ARTICLES
1.5 AND 1.7 OF CHA PTER 3, DNISION 2 OF TITLE 7 OF THE CALIFORNIA GOV..:
RNMENT CODE WHICH REGULATES MERGER OF LOTS.
3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that merging contiguous lots which
4 re substandard in area may act to preserve the character of existing neighborhoods
6 WHEREAS, Articles 1.5 and 1.7 of Chapter 3, Division 2 of Title 7 of the Califor-
7 ia Government Code contain provisions which Cities must follow to merge contiguous
9 OW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach does
10 e reby declare its intention to hold a public hearing to cinsider amending zoning code
11 ections 1203 -1203.2 COMBINED LOTS to be in conformance with Articles 1.5 and
1.7 of Chapter 3, Division 2 of Title 7 of the California Government Code which
