RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH
ECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT IF THE SCHOOL PROPER TIES ARE
0 BE DEVELOPED, THEY SHOULD BE DEVELOPED IN SOME ALTERNATIVE
ASHION OTHER THAN AS NINETEEN FOOT ROW HOUSES ON TWENTY -FIVE FOOT
OTS.
HEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach held a public
earing on August 21, 1984, to consider lot mergers and the requirements for such as
5 hey affect the school properties; and
6 HEREAS, the Planning Commission would like the school properties to comply with
7 he intent of the proposed Lot Merger Ordinance without endangering the negotiations
8 hat may be occuring between the City Council and the School District as it pertains
g o this property.
JO OW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach does
) I ereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach that the school
J 2 roperties be developed in some alternative fashion than as row houses on 25' lots.
