RESOLUTION P.C. 84-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF HERMOSA BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENT TO CONSIDER AMENDING LOCAL
COASTAL PROGRAM COMMERCIAL PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
WHEREAS, different types of commercial uses do not generate
the same demand for parking; and
WHEREAS, the Implementation Program of the Local Coastal
Program . indicates a standard of one (1) space per 250 square feet
for all commercial uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Planning Commission
of Hermosa Beach hereby declares its intention to hold a public
hearing to consider developing a broader range of commercial
parking standards within the Coastal Zone.
