HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 90-122 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION P.C. 90-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 737 AND 739 LONGFELLOW AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED A LOTS 4, 5, AND 6 AND THE EAST HALF OF LOT 7, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CONVENTION HALL AND MARINE VIEW PARK TRACT WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on February 6, 1990, to consider a lot line adjustment and made the following findings: A. B. c. The adjustment of adjacent SO-foot wide and 37.5-foot wide parcels into parcels of an equal width of 43.75 feet improves the existing situation and brings the two lots into conformity with the subdivision requirements of the City of Hermosa Beach; The lot line adjustment will not be detrimental to neighboring properties or to the public health, safety, and welfare; Pursuant to Section 66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act this action is not subject to the provisions of the Map Act; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve a Certificate of Compliance for a lot line adjustment subject to the following condition: 1. 2 . Proof of recordation of the Certificate of Compliance shall be provided to the City within 120 days of the adoption of this resolution. VOTE: The lots and portions of lots which make up the new parcels shall be merged, and a lot merger shall be recorded with the Certificate of Compliance.
