HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 90-311 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION P.C. 90-31 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 1230 OWOSSO AVENUE AND THE REAR PORTION OF THE PROPERTY AT 1036 CORONA STREET LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 27 BYERLY TRACT, AND LOT 28 BYERLY TRACT CONNECTED WITH LOTS 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, HERMOSA HEIGHTS TRACT WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on May 1, 1990, to consider a lot line adjustment and made the following findings: A. B. C. The proposed adjustment improves the existing situation and the resulting lots conform with the subdivision requirements of the City of Hermosa Beach; The lot line adjustment will not be detrimental to neighboring properties or to the public health, safety, and welfare; Pursuant to Section 66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act this action is not subject to the provisions of the Map Act; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, hereby approves a Certificate of Compliance for a lot line adjustment subject to the following condition: 1. VOTE: Proof of recordation of the Certificate of Compliance shall be provided to the City within 120 days of the adoption of this resolution.
