RESOLUTION NO. PC 90-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH DETERMINING THAT THE PROPOSED 1990-91 FISCAL YEAR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 65103(c) and 65401 o"f the State
of California Government Code, the Planning Commission has
reviewed the 1990-91 Fiscal Year city Capital Improvement Program
as to its consistency with the city of Hermosa Beach General
Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has invited testimony from
the public; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the analysis and
recommendation of the Public Works Department, contained in the
staff Report dated April 10, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach has determined that the City Capital
Improvement Program for the Fiscal Year 1990-91 is consisten t
with the City of Hermosa Beach General Plan .
