a portable classroom at 340 Massey Avenue, subject to the
following conditions :
1. The location of structures and features on the property shall
be in substantial conformance with submitted plans; any
modification shall be submitted to the Planning Director for
approval.
2. An attendant shall be available on the premises prior to
church services to direct and park cars on the premises when
all the available standard parking stalls are filled. The
attendant shall be responsible for the parking of no more
than 20 cars in excess of the number of parking stalls, and
shall park these excess cars on the premises in the locations
shown for additional parking on the submitted parking plan.

and proof of recordation shall be submitted to the Planning
Department.
7. The Planning Commission shall review the Conditional Use
Permit within one year to determine if the need still exists
for the portable classroom and to assess the progress
towards providing additional permanent classroom space to
replace the portable structure, and if deemed necessary to
amend the Conditional Use Permit to mitigate any detrimental
effects on the neighborhood resulting from the subject use.
