A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF THE FINAL
CIRCULATION, TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING ELEMENT AS AN AMENDMENT
TO THE GENERAL PLAN AND ADOPTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL NEGATIVE
DECLARATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public bearing on
June 5, 1990 to receive oral and written testimony and made the
following Findings:
A. The said document is a state mandated General Plan Element;
B. The document revises the current Circulation Element;
C. The document is consistent with the General Plan;
D. Adoption of the document as the official Circulation Element
of the General Plan will not directly or indirectly cause any
significant environmental impacts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby recommend
adoption of the final Circulation, Transportation and Parking
Element of the General Plan prepared by DKS Associates, March,
1990 subject to unsubstantive corrections.
