RESOLUTION P.C. 90-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE APPROVED SIGN WAIVER FOR THE
COMMUNITY CENTER ELECTRONIC MARQUEE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held public meetings on
August 7 and August 21, 1990, and made the following Findings:
A. Funding for said sign is unavailable;
B. At the May 12, 1990 Community Center Foundation meeting, the
Board voted tp replace the concept of an Electronic Marquee
for either a replacement or a repaired sign with a
non-electronic, user friendly, readable board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
does hereby rescind the sign waiver approval.
