RESOLUTION P.C. 90-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR A
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AT 1712 THE STRAND BETWEEN LOTS 1, 2, AND THE
SOUTHEAST 20 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 18, HERMOSA BEACH TRACT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on November
6, 1990, to consider a lot line adjustment and made the following
findings:

The proposed adjustment improves the existing situation and
the resulting lots conform with the requirements of the City
of Hermosa Beach;
The lot line adjustment will not be detrimental to
neighboring properties or to the public health, safety, and
welfare;
Pursuant to Section 66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map
Act this action is not subject to the provisions of the Map
Act;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, hereby approves a
Certificate of Compliance for a lot line adjustment subject to
the following condition:

VOTE:
Proof of recordation of the Certificate of Compliance shall
be provided to the City within 120 days of the adoption of
this resolution.
