HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 13-6887 (SBCCOG)1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 13-6887 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE TO SERVE AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE SOUTH BAY CITIES COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (SBCCOG) WHEREAS, the City of Hermosa Beach ("City") desires to designate its representative to the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: SECTION 1. Councilmember DiVirgilio is hereby appointed to serve as delegate and Councilmembers Barragan and Petty are hereby appointed to serve as alternates on the South Bay Cities Council of Government (SBCCOG). SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to executive any documents which are necessary to effectuate these designations and which are consistent with this Resolution. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said city, and shall make minutes of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council at which the same is passed and adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the South Bay Cities Council of Governments. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December 2013.
