The City Council hereby adopts the fines and penalties set forth in "Exhibit A, City of Hermosa Beach Municipal Code Bail Schedule" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. Prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the dates of its adoption, the City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be published in the Easy Reader, a weekly newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of Hermosa Beach. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution; shall cause the same to be entered among the original resolutions of said city; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
