A motion was made by Councilmember Massey, seconded by Councilmember Armato to continue this request to approve an urgency ordinance thereby amending section 17.04.040 and Chapter 17.21 of the Hermosa Beach Municipal Code regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs) to its December 13, 2022 regular meeting. A motion was made by Councilmember Massey, seconded by Councilmember Armato to adrop all EV charging incentives and direct staff to come back with potential programs to consider that might provide a discount on charging at City facilities to renters who can demonstrate that they do not have access to an EV charger at their rental unit.
