There is evidence given of excessive traffic and dangerous conditions at the intersection of Monterey Boulevard and Herondo Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, hereby directs the Planning Commission to begin the process to study amending the Circulation Element of the General Plan to allow the re -opening of Valley Drive northbound and the cul-de-sac of Monterey Boulevard at the Herondo Avenue intersection. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1993.
