RESOLUTION 96-21 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE PARCEL NOS. 24524 AND 24526 FOR 2, TWO-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS, AT 144-48 AND 158-60 MANHATTAN A VE AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED LOTS 7&9, TRACT NO. 1123 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on may 21, 1996 , to consider 2 proposed two-unit condominiums project and to receive oral and written testimony and made the following findings: A The sites are zoned R-3 and are physically suitable for the type and density of proposed development; 11 B. The projects will conform to all zoning and condominium criteria and will be compatible 12 13 14 15 16 with neighboring residential properties; C. By State Law the Tentative Parcel Maps for the subject projects require reapplication and public hearing prior to approval of the Final Maps for the subject projects. D . This project is categorically exempt under Section 15153, Class (b) ofCEQA guidelines. 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach, California does hereby approves Vesting Tentative Parcel Maps 24524 and 18 24526 subject to the conditions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 95-38 19 20 VOTE: 21 AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: Comms.
