2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO SET UP A SPECIAL
3 FUND ENTITLED "ADVANCE ACCOUNT -REIMBURSABLE!' TO EXPEDITE
4 PAYMENT FOR PRELIMINARY EXPENSES INCURRED IN VEHICLE PARKING
DISTRICT NO. 1.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH,
6 CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. That a special account is hereby established in the 1958-59
8
budget, as approved by ResolutionsNos. N. S. 2158 and 2174, to be called
9
"Advance Account - Reimbursable"; and

SECTION 2, That an initial Transfer of Funds for said account be

made as follows:
FROM: Parking Meter Fund 800
TO: Advance Account - Reimbursable 800 $2,000.00
SECTION 3. That said fund is to be used to cover the preliminary
appraisal cost expenses and such other expenditures as may hereafter be
authorized by action of the City Council preliminary to the formation of the
vehicle parking district; and
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby
instructed and authorized to make this transfer in the proper books and records;
and to keep a special account on these funds so that all expenditures therefrom
will be reimbursed at such time as the parking district is formed and the funds
are received from the sale of the bonds.
