CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO A SPECIAL FUND

4 PAYMENT FOR PRELIMINARY EXPENSES INCURRED IN VEHICLE PARKING
DISTRICT NO. 1.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That a special fund was heretofore established in the
8
9 1958-59 budget, as approved by Resolutions Nos. 21588 2174 and 22150
10 entitled "Advance Account - Reimbursable"; and,
11 SECTION 2. That an additional Transfer of Funds for said account
12 be made as follows:

FROM: Parking Meter Fund 800
14
TO: Advance Account - Reimbursable 800 - - $500.00
15
16 SECTION 3. That said additional funds are to be used to cover the
17 preliminary appraisal cost expenses and such other expenditures as may here -
18 after be authorized by Action of the City Council preliminary to the formation
19 of the vehicle parking district; and
20
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby
21
instructed and authorized to make this transfer in the proper books and records,
22
and to keep a special account on these funds so that all expenditures therefrom
23`
24 will be reimbursed at such time as the parking district is formed and the funds
25 are received from the sale of the bonds.
