A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH$
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND MAP OF THE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVE-
MENTS IN 18TH STREET BETWEEN THE STRAND AND HERMOSA AVENUE
(ASSESSMENT DISTRIC T NO. 61-1) IN SAID CIT Y.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Hermosa Beach,
California, has submitted to the City Council, pursuant to its order, plans,
profiles, specifications and map of the assessment district, for the construc-
tion of certain improvements in 18th Street between the Strand and Hermosa
Avenue (Assessment District No. 61-1) in said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications and map of
the assessment district (known as Assessment District No. 61-1) for the
improvement in 18th Street between the Strand and Hermosa Avenue in the
City of Hermosa Beach, California, be and the same are each hereby approved i
and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the said plans, profiles, specifications and
map shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer and copies thereof in the
Office of the City Clerk of said City.
