A RLSOLUi'ION OF TTI, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IIERMOSA BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS IN`1'ENTION TO EXCHANGE CITY OWNED
PROPERTY WITH JACK 0. WISE.
WHEREAS, Jack O. Wise, 542 Strand, owns Lot 23,
Block 13, Hermosa Beach Tract, said parcel abutting City property,
namely Lot 2.4, Block 1.3, ilermosa Beach Tract; and
111 .RTAS, said Lo L- 24 is currently in use as a public

SECTION 1. To declare its intention to approve, at its
meeting of July 16, 1974•, the exchange of City own.cd property
located on Lot 2.4, Block 13, Hermosa Beach Tract with Jack 0. Wise
for Lot 23, Block 13, I3ermosa Beach Tract, title to be delivered
to the City free and clear of all conditions and encum=brances and
al_1 costs involved in the subject property exchange to be borne by
Jack O. Wise, and Jack 0. Wise to pave and landscape a new walkway
on said Lot 23 to City requirements and to dedicate the same to
the City free of all liens and assessments.
