PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor of the City of Hermosa Beach
has called a special meeting of the City Council to take place at 8:00 a.m.
on Thursday, July 23, 2009, for the purpose of holding a closed session to
discuss items on the agenda below.

ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION OF ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED IN CLOSED
SESSION AS FOLLOWS:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL
The City Council finds, based on advice from legal counsel, that discussion in open
session will prejudice the position of the City in the litigation.
