If any part or provision of this Resolution or the application of the Master Fee Schedule to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Resolution and the Master Fee Schedule adopted hereby, including the application of such part of provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect. To this end, the provisions of this Resolution are severable. Section 8. Repealer.
