This report covers the period from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Based on the information in the report, no establishments have reached the "Standard Initiating Planning Commission Review." XIII.REPORT 22-0162 Consideration of possible City of Hermosa Beach regulation of timeshares and emerging businesses that offer timeshares or uses identical to that of a timeshare such as a “fractional ownership” structure that operates as a timeshare. Recommended Action: Recommendation:That the Planning Commission review this report and direct staff to come back with a draft Ordinance Zone Text Amendment with appropriate regulations on the discussed uses.
