Planning Commission members may orally register a negative vote on any consent calendar item without pulling the item for separate consideration prior to the vote on the consent calendar. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Commission member removes an item from the Consent Calendar prior to the vote on the consent calendar item. Items removed will be considered under a latter agenda item, with public comment permitted at that time.
