4. Approval of the June 18, 2013 action minutes
ACTION: To approve the above minutes as presented.
MOTION by Commissioner Perrotti, seconded by Commissioner Pizer. The motion carried
by a unanimous vote.
5. Resolution(s) for Consideration - None

Public Hearing
6. CON 13-2 / PDP 13-3 -- Conditional Use Permit and Precise Development Plan and
Tentative Parcel Map No. 72198 for a 2-unit condominium on east lot at 920 17t" Street.
Staff Recommended Action: To adopt the resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit,
Precise Development Plan, and Tentative Parcel Map subject to conditions.
