ACTION: Motion by Commissioner Izant and seconded by Vice Chair Pedersen to adopt the resolution as written denying the Height Limit Exception for a new Single-Family Dwelling and attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the R-3 Multiple-Family Residential Zone at 611 Monterey Boulevard.
