RESOLUTION NO. 10-6718
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 90-5422
REGARDING LIMITED OUTDOOR SEATING FEES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Hermosa Beach Municipal Code Section 2.64.010 it is the
intent of the City Council to require recovery of costs reasonably borne from fees and charges
levied in providing City services or products; and
WHEREAS, amendment of this fee is statutorily exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act per Section 15273.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City’s Master Fee Resolution, Number 90-5422, is amended to
revise Schedule 1, Community Development, by adding a fee for Accessory Limited Outdoor
Seating Administrative Permit as follows:
