P.C. RESOLUTION 91-37
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, TO STUDY POSSIBLE REVOCATION OF A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED TO JACK-IN-THE-BOX RESTAURANT,
1160 AVIATION BLVD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public meeting on May
21, 1991, and made the following Findings:
A. The complaints expressed by area residents warrant further
investigation, especially in regards to the busines·s' late
hours.
B. The applicable Conditional Use Permit is old and not adequate
to cover the impacts caused by drive-thru restaurants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby direct
staff to study possible modification and/or revocation of said
Conditional Use Permit.
