A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA GRANTING A MODIFICATION TO CONDTTiiONAL
USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2701 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City
of Hermosa Beach, Califor.nma,. at a public hearing held on
January 7, 1985 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, considered
the request of Charles Lehman and John Altamura for a modificatio
of 'conditional use permit for the sale of general alcoholic
beverages in conjunciton with a restaurant; the modification
proposed includes relocation and expansion of the bar area and
extending the hours of operation from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M.
WHEREAS, after due consideration, the Board felt
that the request was consistent the the zoning and the general
plan; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Zoning Adjustments does hereby approve a modfficatibn to
conditional use permit !or the sale of general alcoholic
beverages in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant,
to relocate and expand the bar area and to extend the hours of
operation form 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M., subject to the
following condiitons:
1. That no windows be located in the West or North walls.
Also, any door openings in the west necessary for emergency
exits shall normally remain in a closed position and shall
be labeled "Emergency Exit Only".
2. That there be a review of the CUP within six months after a
Certificate of Occupancy is filed.
