RESOLUTION BZA 154-580
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF
HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A MODIFICATION TO A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 715 PIER AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of
Hermosa Beach, California, at a public hearing held on February
20, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, considered
the request of Vons Grovery Co. for a modification to the
existing conditional use permit #154-577, on property located
at 715 Pier Avenue, legally described as Portion of Lot 1,
Tract 9203; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration the Boa~d felt that the
request was consistent with the zoning and general plan ; and
WHEREAS, it was agreed that the hours of operation be
changed to 7:00 A. M. to 12:00 Minnight; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Zoning
Adjustments does hereby approve the modification to hours of
operation to the existing conditional use permit #154-577 which
permits the off-sale of general alcohblic beverages ii conjunc-
tion with the operation of a super market, and is subject to all
conditions outlined in BZA Resolution 154-577.
