HomeMy WebLinkAboutBZA 154-579 (737 3rd St)~.,r ---....\ --\ ' RESOLUTION BZA 154-579 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WITH AMENDMENTS INDICATED IN STAFF RECOMMENDATION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 737 THIRD STREET WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, at a public hearing held on November 19, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall considered the request of Reverend William D. Weaver for the Hermosa Beach Assembly of God Tabernacle to amend an existing conditional use permit for the operation of a church for property legally described as Lots 56 & 57, W.R. Co's Venable Place; and WHEREAS, written and oral testimony was presented at said public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby grant approval of the conditional use permit request with amendments indicated in the staff report per the following vote: AYES: Comms. Berardo, Corder, Williams, Chmn. Moore NOES: None ABSENT:Comm. Cutler CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution B.Z.A. 154-579 was adopted by the Board of Zoning Adjustments of The City of Hermosa Beach, California, at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1984.
